We’re based in Los Angeles, but operate across the United States. As a digital banking platform and provider of various banking services to monitor individuals’ banking, and related financial transactions in order to provide useful guidance, financial advice and management tools (the “Services”), we receive and process personal data of individuals. As we value your privacy, we have instituted a comprehensive data protection compliance framework in order to fulfil our responsibilities to protect your personal data. Please note that the Daylight App is a U.S. - based mobile application that is subject to U.S. law. In order to create an account and use our Services through the Daylight App, you have to meet certain eligibility criteria (i.e. the Daylight Account is available to persons (with a physical address) in the United States only, who are at least 18 years old with a valid Social Security Number (SSN)).

Our Daylight App is controlled, operated and administered by Be Money, Inc. from its offices within the United States. This Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with and subject to applicable U.S. law. If you are accessing this Daylight App using your cell phone, table or other mobile device that is located outside the United States, you are responsible to ensure that your internet connection is secure and is not monitored, legally or otherwise, by any third party or jurisdiction. If you are unsure of the security of your international internet access, you should refrain from accessing this Daylight App until you have confirmed that your access is secure and not monitored.
